While watching the anime, Future Diary, some weird idea came to my mind. This is with regards to the objective of the anime, he who wins the survival becomes god...
Here's my thought: if one truly becomes god, and if he redo everything, would it all still be the same? It's like you're an author, you know yourself what your characters are thinking and what will happen to them, but that's it. Can you put yourself to be part of that story? Can you put yourself to be part of that world you remade?
It would all seem the same, familiar at times but it wouldn't be, right? Everything would seemed bland if you live in a world you've created. At some point, you'll just find yourself suddenly distancing yourself from it. You made a world, a copy of what you've envisioned, but that's just it, a copy. Not the real thing.
That's is to say, if to be god one has to sacrifice everything and rather remade everything up. It will all feel boring in the end..
The realization, I had actually wasn't just that but... God is alone. We are nothing but just his creation.. Original, true but that's just a creation. Not things, beings that could actually be able to truly understand Him.
Just like an author trying to pretend to talk with his characters. It will soon feel boring. But mayhaps I am wrong...
