"Hey, what's it feels like to be erased?" the young man asked.
"Erased?" the old wise comedian replied. "Erase as in disintegrated to tiny bits or be killed off and be turn to bloody pulp? Or do you mean to be forgotten?"
"Something like that," the young man said. "So, what does it feels like?"
"I haven't felt being disintegrated before. Nor have I been killed and turn a bloody pulp. So I don't know," the old wise comedian said. "But for certain being forgotten is perhaps something I've felt before. It's only few moment and rarely it happens. But when it does, I feel like I never existed. Like I was never there in the first place."
"You mean you never existed?"
"Something like that. To be exact, it would feel like you're alone in a crowded room. People won't notice you. You'd be like isolated even though you aren't. They just feel like you were not that too important. Or you were just not there in the first place. They may glance at you once in a while, but your very existence is never acknowledge. I think that's how being erased feels like."
"To be forgotten," the young man repeated. "So, will there be a time that you'll forget about me too?"
"Don't be an idiot," the old wise comedian said. "That would be a very long time, and I supposed you will be first one to forget about me. I'm pretty sure my time is much shorter now compared to your. So, kid, I do hope you won't erase me when I'm gone. Or I'll keep reminding you about my existence even beyond my grave."
"You mean, don't forget about me. That's what you want to say, right?" the young man said.
"Perhaps," the wise old comedian said. "But of course, sooner or later, I'll forget about you. So I don't really mind."
