You wanted
To lie
And yet
You kept
Your promise.

Pray tell
me, why?

You never
Lied before,
And yet
You wanted
Break it
And up
Just Lie.

But here
You are,
Keeping it
All real,
Your promise,

Pray tell
me, why?

You really
Never liked
To lie,
You just
Couldn't lie.

Pray tell
me, why
Only now
After all
That time,
Why now,
Of all
The time,
Would you
Try to
Tell a
Silly lie
If you
for a
fact couldn't?

Still you
Kept it,
Your promise.

You just
Couldn't lie.
