Poetry #141

But of course he just wanted to be free,
He cared less of the recognition,
the praises and the awards.

All those are mere trivial
to what he truly desires.
He wanted to be free.

But in the end he must choose,
to stay committed to a goal
or be a salvation to everyone else.

What else bothered him are
the sweetness coating the words:
promises and expectations.

He cannot be free.
